Anyone looking for garage space in Cleveland Area?

My half-brother is reopening his father's bar in the next couple months, and wants to buy the old car lot land next to him, but they are asking alot more then a simple parking lot since it has a 5 car garage w/ office there (since it was a car lot and all). He's trying to offset some of the costs of buying it by renting the garage space.. Would anyone be interested? Not sure of costs, but he's open to offers..

The set up is a 2 car door, 1 car door, 2 car door, then a man door at the office.

It has heat, and possibly AC. There are lifts and some equiptment there too I belive.

I would like to find 2-4 more people interested, as I would be one of the people in there, need to work on the 51'. You'd have full access at any time, full access to the lot (provided there is open parking from the bar), plus the bar is within 20 feet so you could stop there to toss back a few cold ones haha.

too far for me, but good luck finding someone. i bet most people are gonna what prices before they can tell how serious they are about being interested.

He's not sure yet, but looking at $250-275 a spot. Includeds full use of the lift (there is only one I confirmed) and then sharing the office and bathroom area.

It's more of a business oriented building rather then a shop, he's looking at $1100 a month to rent the whole building.

What are they asking for the lot and building?

200k.... hense why he wants to make up for some of his costs.. He feel's its only worth 100k in value, but the convience of being right against the bar is the reason he wants it.
